He tailored the experience to our interests and shared insights we hadn't considered. He patiently paused for photos whenever we requested and managed to engage with us while keeping an eye on traffic and pedestrians. He was already at our pick-up location 15 minutes early and even added an extra 15 minutes to our tour.
