We were very pleased with the tour operators. There was an unexpected mix-up with our reservation time; we arrived at 9:00 am but they were waiting for us at 2:00 pm. The staff quickly resolved the issue, finding us a replacement guide within 20 minutes, for which we were really thankful. Our guide, who generously gave us a remarkable tour on his day off, was outstanding. He was very well-informed and provided us with a thorough overview of Bisbee's history and social context, sharing entertaining stories about both past and present residents. Bisbee is an unusual town with no straight streets, and thanks to our guide and his golf cart, we could navigate the narrow back streets and stop to address all our questions. We learned so much and were fortunate to discover views and places we would have missed otherwise. He was not only friendly but also quite funny with his anecdotes. I regret not recalling our guide's name, but he mentioned he is running for mayor, and we truly hope he succeeds.
