“Getting started was more difficult than expected, leading us to suspect it was a scam, but thankfully it wasn’t. Once we began, following the instructions became easier. I had to call the help number to understand everything, as the booking information was very unclear. The overall experience was just okay. Many addresses were vague, and a couple of the 11 locations were in the middle of the street, forcing us to figure things out ourselves. We paid for two devices as indicated on TripAdvisor, but the Hearo app stated we only needed one, which was frustrating. While there was some fun involved, I can't recommend this activity without reservations due to the initial confusion.”— 568lacim
