We had a wonderful time with Water4Fun. Although the review mentions Island Goats, we participated in the Whale Watching and Volcano tour over two separate outings. The Whale Watching was enjoyable, though the boat was full and there were no whales sighted (it was February), but we saw plenty of dolphins instead. The captain and crew were entertaining and knowledgeable. The other couple we were with felt too tired after the whale watching to join us for the volcano/island tour on the same day. I reached out to Water4Fun, and they were more than willing to reschedule us for the following day. To our surprise, we had the boat entirely to ourselves, enjoying a private tour where they were still excited to take us out. Water4Fun truly impressed us, and we highly recommend reaching out to them for any excursions. We had also wanted to go rzr riding through the countryside, and they were able to connect us with someone else on the island. Overall, fantastic service!
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The captain and guide were knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and spoke excellent English, although I’m also Portuguese. It was a bonus that our guide spoke Spanish too. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the music on board was fantastic. The Islets were fascinating and enormous, making the trip worthwhile. We also saw whales and dolphins in the wild, which is far more impressive than seeing them in captivity. I've taken two other trips with this company and have been satisfied each time. I'm looking forward to future excursions, especially the sunset trip. Remember to bring your cameras and waterproof clothing, as you will get wet—but that adds to the experience.
The tour was efficiently organized, and the staff were approachable and willing to address any inquiries. Although we didn't see any whales, which can occur when observing wildlife in their natural setting, I highly recommend this experience.
