There was no one at the meeting point, and I wasted half an hour trying to find someone before being informed that the trip was canceled due to bad weather, despite all the Cunard Jeep Safari Trips operating as planned.
I highly recommend Azores Escapes for a private tour of Terceira. Catarina and her father Bob were outstanding hosts. The day was filled with local highlights and cultural insights, including history, volcanic formations, and stunning coastlines. We also enjoyed a bull run and festivals, along with a fascinating tour of a cheese factory where we tasted their excellent cheese and liquor. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I plan to return.
