The city pass was an excellent value for us. We discovered new places including the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Zoo Tampa, and enjoyed a sunset cruise from Clearwater. Bush Gardens and their country concert were also highlights. We highly recommend this pass for families.
What an excellent way to experience Tampa Bay. The only stop that didn’t meet expectations was the Museum of Science and Industry, which I found quite disappointing. It felt unfinished, lacking any clear direction.
If you're traveling with family, Tampa might not be the best choice. While the attractions included in the city pass are decent, the traffic is extremely frustrating. We were unable to attend the dolphin cruise due to local weather, and I mistakenly thought our passes wouldn't be affected since they weren't scanned. When I called to explain our situation, the representative was quite condescending. We ended up missing out on one attraction, but her rudeness left a worse impression. Unfortunately, this negativity seems to be common in Tampa, as we encountered many unfriendly people. We had hoped for a great experience here, but ultimately, we cannot recommend Tampa for families. It's just not a family-oriented destination.
This is a great way for vacationers to save money while being able to do and experience more. I really enjoyed the dolphins tour and would highly recommend it.
Downloading the pass through the app was simple, and it significantly reduced waiting time at attractions since we could bypass ticket lines. The City Pass offered excellent value, allowing us to experience major attractions like Busch Gardens, Tampa Aquarium, and Zoo Tampa, along with a two-hour boat trip.
The pass provided great value as it included a wide range of activities we really enjoyed. While we found Busch Gardens to be overly crowded and didn't see what the fuss was about, the cost of the pass was definitely justified. The dolphin tour was interesting, and seeing the marine life was a highlight.

Visiting all five attractions within a week is certainly possible with some planning. We encountered a wide variety of animals and sea life. The boat ride was enjoyable and only $16 for unlimited drinks. Be prepared for plenty of walking. Despite it being Spring Break, the crowds were manageable, and we were able to see all our favorite animals.
Getting the pass is definitely a great financial decision. It allowed me to explore Busch Gardens, the Lowry Park Zoo, the Florida Aquarium, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, all included.
There were excellent options that allowed us to experience a lot during our first visit. I would certainly consider booking this again.
