We arrived punctually, but nobody was present. When we called, we learned that the guide had been injured and was unable to conduct tours. We were not informed of the cancellation and only received communication after we sought assistance.
I received a morning email from Tripadvisor with a message from Clear Kayak, but it led to an error page and I couldn’t see the full content. One of my friends accessed it on her phone and found out our event was canceled. After attempting to call the venue, I got disconnected but eventually learned from a helpful employee that the cancellation was due to the guide being injured at work that morning. I understand that unforeseen circumstances occur, but I wish the messaging system through Tripadvisor worked smoothly. Although they sent a follow-up message clarifying the situation, it also had a webpage error, although this time I could see "canceled" next to our trip number. They offered to reschedule, but only for later in the week, after our trip was completed.
The nighttime views from the river were fantastic. Justin made an excellent guide, and Noah was very accommodating with my son, who struggled to keep up with the group.

The night view of Tampa from the water was stunning. My teenagers and I were the only participants on the tour, allowing our guide, Lou, to tailor the experience to our needs. While we didn't encounter a lot of wildlife, we did observe bats, ducks, and small fish. Lou shared fascinating insights about the area's history, showcasing his genuine passion for it. If you appreciate seeing the beautiful Tampa downtown skyline from a unique angle and want a bit of exercise, this tour is ideal.
This was a fantastic experience; the guide was extremely knowledgeable and made it a lot of fun. The sunset and nighttime views were also stunning. I highly recommend it.
This was a great experience! It involved a good amount of physical activity, but it was enjoyable and provided a fresh perspective on Tampa from below the riverwalk.
