This two-day tour offers back-to-back safaris in Sri Lanka's top national parks: Yala and Udawalawe. Starting with a morning pickup between 8 and 9 AM, you will head to Yala for an evening safari, followed by an overnight stay at a 3-star hotel.
The next day begins with a morning safari in Udawalawe at around 8:30 AM, ending with a visit to the Elephant Transit Home to observe the care of orphaned elephants. The package includes private transportation with an experienced driver-guide, all entry fees, meals throughout, and accommodation. Expect a mix of wildlife sightings and opportunities to appreciate the local environment.

Both safaris, the baby elephant feeding, and the hotel were well arranged and met our expectations. The drivers were thoughtful, offering plenty of water, king coconuts, and face masks.
I had a fantastic two days. Our first stop was Yala, which was lively and exciting, and our driver made sure we spotted everything, including the elusive leopards. We stayed in a beautiful lodge in Yala that exceeded my expectations. The next day, we went to Udawalawe for a safari that was gentler and more educational. Both experiences were equally amazing, though quite distinct. I appreciate Bentota Travel Mart for their excellent service, especially Janith, who kept us safe and entertained.

The two-day safari trip exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfectly organized and made for a stress-free experience. On the first day, our driver picked us up from our hotel and took us to Yala for lunch. The visit to Yala was amazing, and we loved it even with the rain. We spotted most of the wildlife and even had a rare sighting of a leopard in a tree. We stayed at a lovely boutique hotel before heading to Udawalawa, which was truly stunning. Witnessing the water buffalos and elephants was a surreal and enchanting experience. A special thanks to Sam, the trip organizer, for his excellent communication, and our driver, Ishan. This was a five-star experience.
We had an incredible two days on our safari in Sri Lanka, which was our first experience with this adventure. Our expectations were met, thanks to knowledgeable guides and a polite driver who went above and beyond. However, those with back issues should note that the ride can be quite bumpy.
Booking the 2-day program was definitely a great choice. The food was excellent, drinks were always available, and everyone at the locations was incredibly friendly and supportive. The safaris were memorable, and we were fortunate to see a lot of wildlife. I highly recommend this experience.
The two-day tour was meticulously organized, with excellent communication from Sam via email and WhatsApp. Our driver, Ishan, was welcoming and accommodating, frequently stopping to show us wildlife like elephants and monkeys along the way. The Yala safari was teeming with wildlife; we spotted numerous elephants and even two leopards from a distance. The guide was knowledgeable, ensuring we had plenty of time for photos, despite the bumpy ride in the safari jeep enhancing the adventure. Our overnight accommodations were at a charming small hotel with very friendly staff, and the meals during both days provided a delicious variety. The Udawalawe Safari was equally enchanting, showcasing many elephants, including calves. The guide was attentive, making several stops for photography and to highlight other birds and animals. A short visit to the Elephant Transit Home allowed us to watch feeding sessions, filled with amusing moments when the hungry elephants sought seconds and staff had to intervene. It was a great chance for photographs. A stop at the Turtle Hatchery in Bentota was also included, allowing us to help release baby turtles into the sea, creating a memorable experience. I cannot express my gratitude to Bentota Travel Mart for this incredible journey, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thank you, Ishan and Sam.
We enjoyed two fantastic days. The pick-up, driver, and vehicle were excellent. Both safari tours were great, with friendly guides, complimentary water, and plenty of wildlife. Be prepared for some very bumpy roads. The hotel arranged for us was excellent, and we had the best meals of the trip there. Overall, we are extremely pleased.
