Transferring from Takayama to Shirakawa-go was hassle-free, with a lovely stop to enjoy the scenery. The bus was comfortable, although it felt a bit pricey compared to standard bus fares.
Great driver and well-coordinated schedule, plus perfect WiFi. It's an excellent way to explore Shirakawago at a leisurely pace. I would definitely recommend it.
The bus was extremely comfortable, making the trip to Kanazawa effortless. The stop at the village was an added bonus and very interesting.
Extremely convenient and tidy. This option surpassed taking the public bus, as we were able to stop at Shirakawa-go and leave our bags on the bus. I highly recommend it.
The bright yellow bus service with Limón is clean, quick, comfortable, and easy to locate. Be sure to check the bus stop address in Takayama, as I initially went to the incorrect spot. The trip is absolutely worthwhile, and two hours is just the right amount of time to appreciate Shirakawa Go—don't miss the observatory, the Kanda house, and the temple/shrine. There’s also a nice rest stop on the journey from Shirakawa Go to Kanazawa, making it much simpler than trying to book with a Japanese highway bus company, many of which were fully booked.
This tour is excellent for anyone looking to travel from Takayama to Kanazawa. I did feel, though, that the time allocated for exploration could be slightly longer.
The stopover at Shirakawa-go was an unforgettable experience. The entire bus journey was enjoyable and ran very timely.
Traveling between Takayama and Kanazawa and planning to visit Shirakawa-go? This option is perfect. It allows you to stop for a few hours without the hassle of managing your luggage on local transport. The journey is comfortable, with reclining seats and plenty of legroom compared to other buses.
The experience was terrible. I couldn't find the bus stop and ended up walking for an hour from one spot to another with my luggage. I never managed to catch the bus.
The bus was on time with reliable driving, adhered to the schedule, and was clean. After a tiring experience with the other transfers to Shirakawa-go, finding this bus was a great relief for us.
