The guide, Adam, failed to show up without any explanation or refund. While I understand November isn't peak season for Szczecin, it's unacceptable to accept payment for a tour that isn't provided. Additionally, the lack of direct contact with the tour company leaves you in a frustrating situation waiting at the meeting point. I would recommend avoiding this experience.
Adam was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and maintaining a comfortable pace during our walk. It was fascinating and informative to explore the highlights and history of Szczecin. We also tried the pierogi, which were delicious—thank you for the suggestion.

The guide canceled on the day of the tour, citing being out of town for the holiday season. It's hard to believe he didn’t know the 27th of December was during the holidays, especially since we booked in mid-November. I cannot recommend this experience.
