Alan was an excellent guide—very friendly and shared captivating insights about the region. Our tour included stops at Ventosa Vineyard, White Springs Winery, Anthony Road Wine Company, and Torrey Ridge Winery, with Ventosa and Torrey Ridge being our favorites. The staff for the wine tastings were engaging and made it enjoyable. We chose the tour that offered lunch at Ventosa, which was superb; the pizza and paninis were crispy and flavorful, and the salads were fresh. The patio provided stunning views of both the vineyard and Seneca Lake. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore various wineries and vineyards. It was a wonderful experience for our whole family.
The tour guide was exceptional, being both friendly and well-informed. While many of the wines were decent, we found there were too many whites and we prefer reds.
This was my fourth experience with Crush, but my first brewery tour. It was a birthday surprise for my husband, and it ended up being just the two of us. Alan collected us from our hotel in Geneva and was an excellent guide—personable, friendly, and accommodating. We had ample time at each location and genuinely appreciated our day.
The experience was disappointing and not worth the cost. I attempted to resolve my issues, but received no assistance. We attended four brief testings and had to travel about five miles to meet the bus. The entire trip lasted only three hours and felt like a waste of money, far from the advertised promise. I do not recommend this trip; it feels like a complete rip-off.
