Our group arrived at the designated meeting spot 45 minutes early, expecting to meet the tour van. No one from the company arrived, and despite multiple calls for assistance, we received no response. We requested a refund for the charges, but the company has not contacted us since.

Trainee Alan drove us safely and punctually to each location and was very pleasant. The breweries were stunning and peaceful, offering beautiful views. Our guide, Darryl, along with his trainee, Allan, were fantastic and truly made the experience memorable. From the moment Darryl picked us up, his knowledge and enthusiasm shone through, and he embraced our lively group with warmth, making everything enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a guide. While I thoroughly enjoyed the selected breweries, I probably wouldn't go back to Fall Street Brewery with a large party, as it felt a bit cramped. Overall, I'm eager to join another tour in the future!
