We had an amazing full-day tour with Dios, who speaks four languages and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. Our experience was fantastic, and seeing the dinosaur footprints was a trip highlight. I would highly recommend Turismo Sucre to anyone looking to explore outside of Sucre, walk on Inca trails that are over 300 years old, enjoy lunch in a great setting, and actually touch authentic dinosaur footprints.
An amazing day on the Inca Trail, where we traveled through a village offering stunning views of the crater. The vibrant scenery and dinosaur footprints added to the experience.
While the guide and driver were friendly and knowledgeable about Incan history and culture, I was let down by the lack of a visit to the Maragua crater. I expected more from a full-day tour that started at 8:30 AM and ended at 3:00 PM, especially given the steep price of 96 euros per person for just 1 hour and 45 minutes of trekking. I would not suggest this outing to others.
This tour was truly fascinating, beautiful, and enjoyable. The Inca Trail is incredible, and my guide Ricardo provided a wealth of information about the plants, people, and Inca civilization.
The journey along the Inca railway was stunning. I enjoyed the crater view and received excellent explanations from our guide, who was quite helpful. We also had the chance to meet a woman who was weaving beautifully. The lunch was delicious, making this a fantastic tour.
The trek was delayed a day because Turismo Sucre did not receive the booking email, which was unfortunate since it was my last day in Sucre and I missed some attractions due to closures. However, the tour itself was outstanding and surpassed my expectations, thanks to the excellent guidance of Jose Herrera.
This trail, known as the Pre-Hispanic trail, is a must for those in good shape who appreciate local history, starting from the charming capital of Sucre. The Maragua Crater offers a captivating landscape. I highly recommend Turismo Sucre and their outstanding guide, Jose Herrera. It was a fantastic day filled with insights into the blend of native religion and Catholicism, paleontology, various cultures, geology, and regional history.
Fantastic tour with Pablo, who was fluent in both English and Spanish. There were five tourists in total, along with Pablo and our driver. I always felt safe, the hike was excellent, and the lunch was wonderful.
