Our travel plans were severely affected by terrible traffic caused by an accident on the causeway, which tripled our travel time. When I contacted the company to see if we could reschedule for the following night, I was told it wasn't possible since we booked through a vendor. Attempts to reach out for assistance yielded no results. Ultimately, we lost over $200. It's best to book directly with the actual operator instead of using third-party vendors.

The cruise was disappointing. We departed but only traveled five minutes before turning back to the dock without any explanation. We were not allowed off the boat, and the air conditioning was shut off, making it uncomfortably hot for everyone on board. Eventually, a DJ announced that the boat had mechanical issues and we could leave, but there was no mention of a refund. A waitress later informed us we would receive half of our $72 fee back. What was meant to be a two-hour cruise resulted in us going nowhere. The majority of the staff was unhelpful and uncommunicative. Additionally, parking costs were high, and the food was subpar. I would not recommend this experience. We had twelve people celebrating a 70th birthday, and it turned out to be a terrible experience overall, wasting $800 for just ten minutes of cruising and a long wait in a hot boat. I would rate it zero stars if possible.
We had a fantastic time on the party boat! The music and food were great, and enjoying the view from the upper deck with friends was a highlight. The sunset was stunning.

I managed to have only three beers during the whole trip. While it's advertised as unlimited, it’s tough to enjoy if you can’t actually get one. I wouldn't suggest this ride for anyone under 50.
