We really enjoyed our time as Dave shared fascinating stories about the history of St. John's. The walk was easy, and the food was both great and intriguing. We also had a fantastic group from across Canada, which made for enjoyable conversations.
The tour was fantastic! Melissa was delightful and very knowledgeable. Our time in Newfoundland was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this experience.
Tira, our guide, was fantastic! Make sure to arrive with an appetite as there is a lot of food. The history shared was fascinating and full of stories—enough to keep you entertained. Be ready for some stairs, but it's not a tough walk overall.
The weather was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the stories were even more engaging. Pierre proved to be a wonderful entertainer, showcasing his passion throughout the experience. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting St. John's.
Pierre and his team provided outstanding support when we encountered an issue with our booked tour. They helped us find a great resolution to our situation. We truly appreciate their assistance.
This tour provided a wonderful combination of intriguing history and captivating stories about St John's, along with tasty food. I also appreciated the helpful tips for tourists that were shared during the experience.
Food allergies that I mentioned were not taken into account, forcing us to leave the tour. I am allergic to bony fish, and when informed that two stops included bony fish, no alternatives were provided.
Pierre was exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging. He provided great insights into both the history of Newfoundland and its cuisine. This experience is definitely worth the time and money spent.
Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather since some parts of the tour involve the guide sharing historical insights outdoors. The food was delicious, and the hospitality along with an expert tour leader made the experience outstanding.
This was the finest food tour we've experienced. The variety of incredible food combined with the local history made it feel like we had two tours in one. It was a fantastic value and surely a highlight of our journey.
