I have always wanted to explore this part of Canada. The city itself is lovely, offering various sights and stunning architecture. However, it's important to venture beyond downtown to appreciate the beautiful countryside. Although we didn't visit the Bay of Fundy, it sounds fascinating, and St. John's serves as an ideal entry point. The drive there is remarkable and definitely worth adding to your bucket list.
Mustapha was a pleasant and accommodating taxi driver who took us to some beautiful places. Unfortunately, he lacked knowledge about the city's history, which was somewhat disappointing since that was our primary interest.
The walking tour led by Pierre was highly informative. We really enjoyed learning about St John's history and visiting various sites. I would definitely recommend this experience.
