A two-hour snorkeling tour in the northern area of South Padre Island. A jet boat takes you to the snorkel spot, approximately 8 to 10 minutes away, where the waters are clear and shallow, around 3-4 feet deep.
The sandy bottom is mixed with seashells and some seagrass, creating a lively environment for aquatic life. You can bring food or beverages (non-alcoholic or alcoholic, but no glass), and you might find fish swimming close enough to hand-feed them. Consider ordering drinks to-go from Lobo Del Mar Cafe before departure to enhance your outing.
