3Experience the thrill of a one-hour ATV tour in the stunning Skaftafell area, where nature’s beauty unfolds at every turn. Your adventure begins as you navigate the rugged terrain, driving along river beds that carve through the landscape. As you journey, you’ll make a memorable stop at the historic Skeiðarárbrú, an old bridge with a rich legacy, offering you a moment to take in the surrounding beauty and perhaps capture some stunning photographs. Once you’ve soaked in the sights, it’s time to rev up your ATV again for the return trip. 5On this adventurous, small-group, glacier hike from Skaftafell - Vatnajökull National Park, you'll explore the majestic glacial landscape of one of Vatnajökull outlet glaciers. You will be provided with crampons and ice axes, and an experienced, certified glacier guide will teach you how to use the equipment before you step on to the ice. During your 4-hour tour, you will hike through a wonderland of ice sculptures and deep crevasses, traversing zones of different glacial formations. The tour is of moderate difficulty, and to ensure a personal experience, groups are limited to 8 participants. Choose from the following departure times when booking: 9am, 9:30am, 1pm, and 1:30pm.

9The Glacier Discovery tour takes you to a majestic glacier ice fall. With a maximum of 8 persons per guide, we prioritise comfort and safety. After a carbon-offset 4×4 ride, we gear up by the glacier’s edge, strap on crampons, grab our ice axes, and begin the hike—ascending over 300 meters towards the ice fall. Surrounded by blue ice and glacier-carved peaks, we explore crevasses, moulins, waterfalls, and other features that emerge in this ever-changing landscape. This tour is perfect for those seeking an in-depth glacier hike in Iceland. Along the way, your guide shares insights into the geology, geography, and history of the area, while pointing out the fascinating, shifting features of the glacier. Its surface and colour change with the seasons, and formations like moulins and crevasses constantly evolve. No prior glacier experience is needed—just curiosity and a sense of adventure!
