Reviews
We spent a day in Sihanoukville, and our driver and guide were very friendly. They took us to secluded beaches where we enjoyed the stunning white sands of Prang Trang and visited a fishing village. Unfortunately, the city itself felt like a construction zone dominated by Chinese development, with excessive dust and dirt. We would recommend avoiding the city for the next five years, but definitely explore the beautiful shores, beaches, and islands in the Gulf of Thailand.
The local tour operator failed to have a representative at the agreed meeting point (Gate #1 at the harbor). Other tour companies helped us out by contacting them, allowing us to join a similar group with the same itinerary. The tour guide had limited English skills, making him difficult to understand, and he lacked in-depth information about the places we visited. On the positive side, we were taken to most sites and even to some waterfalls outside the town that are usually not included in other tours.
This tour was fascinating. We learned a lot about the daily lives of people, from the fishing village to the local market. The natural waterfall visit was intriguing, though it didn't meet expectations for a tall waterfall. Construction is ongoing everywhere, with numerous Chinese companies, restaurants, hotels, and casinos in the area.
The guide provided was outstanding and highly knowledgeable about all the attractions we explored. He made sure we were comfortable and addressed all our requests. The driver was also exceptional, ensuring we were safely picked up and dropped off at every location.
Our guide was genuine and knowledgeable, offering us a true taste of the city. We greatly appreciated the experience; thank you.
Excellent experience! Our guide and driver were outstanding and truly prioritized customer satisfaction. I really enjoyed every aspect of the excursion and appreciated the overall quality.
Chhan Sorphea was our guide, and she did an excellent job. The drive might feel lengthy depending on your port.
Our group consisted of just 11 people, and both the driver and guide were excellent. We visited many fascinating sites, including a market, a local fish community, and a stunning temple, ending with lunch at the beach. It was a delightful experience.
The tour guide and driver were fantastic. I appreciated the personal attention they provided to our questions and enjoyed hearing about the guide's personal experiences.
