The experience was quite chaotic and disorganized. There were five different excursions happening at the same time, which led to confusion about where everyone needed to go. Additionally, the breaks included a kiosk charging 10 euros for a 0.33l coffee, water, and iced tea. We had requested a German guide but were placed with a Polish tour group; fortunately, the other travelers were friendly and helped with translations. It would be better to offer fewer activities with more coordination. However, the rafting and the jeep tour to the lookout point were enjoyable.
This experience was truly valuable. I had a wonderful time, and the guides were very friendly. I would certainly do it again. The views were fantastic, and the ragtime music added to the enjoyment. Our ride was uplifting and pleasant.
The communication was unclear, and I was presented with a written sheet afterwards that included additional charges for minor things. When I refused, I was met with a disappointing excuse about my boss.
We visited a beautiful spot where we could swim for 20 minutes. However, the experience was marred by several issues. The driver drove recklessly in a van without a roof, windows, or seatbelts, and the bald tires made the ride even more dangerous on a narrow road with steep drops. Despite our request for safer driving, the driver continued speeding and taking curves carelessly, which made everyone uneasy. The information provided during the tour was minimal and often yelled out hurriedly, leaving little time for us to take photos. The loud music did not enhance the atmosphere as intended; it became simply distracting. The tour felt chaotic, with shouts to hurry up, creating a stressful environment rather than an enjoyable one. On the return journey, the driver unexpectedly stopped at a market without explanation, leaving us waiting in the heat for over fifteen minutes while he took a break. We were picked up at 09:06 and returned to the hotel by 18:00, much later than expected, leaving everyone exhausted and frustrated. Overall, it felt like a waste of a day, time, and money, and I wouldn’t consider doing this tour again, even for free.
The tour guide was excellent and provided a lot of fun. I deducted a point because the arrival took over an hour and the bus's air conditioning was not very effective. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I recommend it.
The breathtaking beauty of Köprülü Canyon and its river is undeniable, but the tour itself left much to be desired due to serious safety concerns, disorganization, and a disappointing amount of trash throughout the area. Communication was minimal, as the driver also served as the guide for all activities—driving, rafting, and the jeep tour—without anyone being specialized in these roles. Many staff members, including the rafting guide, had limited English proficiency. While the scenery was gorgeous, the river was polluted with trash, and the rest areas were similarly neglected. Our greatest concern was safety. The 4x4 jeep safari was anxiety-inducing, as the drivers drove recklessly on public roads, speeding and swerving, which resulted in many near misses. Moreover, the jeep lacked seatbelts and airbags. Such irresponsible driving did not align with the safe experience we anticipated. Although the driver modified their behavior after we raised our concerns, this did not address the core issues of unprofessional conduct, environmental neglect, and unsafe transport. I recommend seeking out a different tour company that prioritizes safety and environmental care.
We had a wonderful time doing the canyon and rafting with our guide Sino, who was lively and welcoming. Be ready to get wet! The canyon is breathtaking, but the time spent there is short; just a few photos and then you’re off, though we felt satisfied. There were a couple of drawbacks: the pickup was later than anticipated, and with the additional stops, we spent nearly two hours on the bus, so plan accordingly. Also, you'll need to change into your rafting gear right upon arrival, which means there's not much chance for nice photos in the canyon. We were able to buy high-quality photos from the rafting trip at a surprisingly reasonable price, which we appreciated. Overall, we received excellent service and would highly recommend this experience.
We enjoyed an excellent day that was packed with interesting experiences and offered tremendous value. Seyfu, our guide, provided clear and informative insights and was always attentive and helpful. He truly stood out. I highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to explore the authentic rural areas of Türkiye, including the stunning mountains, rivers, villages, ancient ruins, and still-used ancient bridges. It was fantastic.
We enjoyed a fantastic day of exploration in the Torus mountains, even with the rain. The incredible sights included a thrilling, winding road and breathtaking views above the clouds.
This trip was fantastic, with a wonderful guide and an exhilarating ride down the mountain. The views of Tazi Canyon were breathtaking, and I found the area's history truly captivating, especially sitting in an amphitheater where people gathered thousands of years ago, which was the highlight of the experience. However, it's important to wear proper trainers, as this wasn't mentioned prior. We had to climb a steep embankment to reach the top of Tazi Canyon, which was challenging in sliders. Also, be sure to bring plenty of bottled water, as you’ll definitely need it.
