The pickup was prompt, but we spent a lot of time collecting other passengers. The boat ride was enjoyable and not crowded for the season. The guide spent less than half of the time with us because he went back with another bus. There were many steps to the boat, and the last ten lacked handrails. We wasted 30 minutes on fishing assistance while I chose to relax on the boat. The walk to lunch was long and somewhat steep, causing many to stop for breaks. The food options were fish or chicken with spaghetti, followed by a salad line. We received a complimentary drink, and I found a table with another lady. Unfortunately, the chicken was only lukewarm, and some spaghetti was burnt. I couldn't eat much of it, especially after having had delicious meals on previous tours. I left early and missed breakfast, but luckily had bananas with me. The area around the food was unclean, which contributed to my disappointment. Considering the price, I expected a better experience and wouldn't recommend this tour.
My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed the Green Canyon tour. The booking process was smooth, thanks to Eric, and the transportation was well arranged. The boat ride was peaceful, and the breathtaking scenery made it all the more enjoyable. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

This was an incredible trip. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. We enjoyed multiple chances to swim in the cool, refreshing water, which felt great in the warm sun.
The lake and canyon were beautiful, and the meal was quite nice as well. However, the boats were overcrowded even in July, leaving limited time for swimming—only twice for 40 minutes each time. Fishing is not permitted there.

The hosts were excellent—very helpful and considerate. I had a wonderful, relaxing time and would definitely do it again. I just wish it lasted longer, but those 3 to 4 hours felt like heaven. Thank you.
