It was wonderful to view Alanya from Side. I just wish we had more time in the city center, but it's truly a beautiful place. The tour guide provided a lot of information, and we all had a great day. The food was also excellent. Just keep in mind that everything was included except for the cave visit, which costs €5 per person and requires cash.
I couldn't participate in the experience because there was a lack of communication with the tour operator and the driver, resulting in no hotel pickup. It's very disappointing after I had prepared for the trip. Although I received a refund, I'm still quite dissatisfied.
We had a fantastic day exploring the stunning city, including a visit to the castle on top. The meal was great and the restaurant by the river offered a lovely setting. Our guide was excellent, and hotel pick-up went smoothly. The only downside was that a day felt a bit brief, though that was prearranged. This trip was the highlight of our family's time in Turkey.
I found the experience somewhat disappointing. The banana plantation turned out to be a dry field. The boat tour was canceled because of bad weather. The drive was quick with little time to appreciate interesting sights. However, the cable car and castle tour was enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this activity.
The experience was decent, but the bus ride felt lengthy. On top of that, the bus had a breakdown, requiring us to switch to another vehicle. With so many passengers, there were numerous stops along the way.
The hotel pickup was the only part that worked. After an hour, the bus made a stop, and we had to wait another half hour for an explanation regarding the brake pressure issue. The bus also had its numbers removed, which was puzzling. Eventually, they provided a replacement bus that lacked air conditioning. Later, we were told our original bus was repaired and had new numbers, which raised further questions. None of the buses had seat belts, and my companion, who has a knee prosthesis, was injured due to the absence of a step. There was no prior mention of the cable car's altitude being considerably lower than the castle. The guide neglected to inform us where the bus would be after the cable car ride. On the return trip, the tour guide rushed us, causing me to fall in the aisle, resulting in bruises and broken glasses. I remained on the bus for several minutes unable to get up, but the guide showed no concern. Additionally, we weren’t dropped off at the correct hotel entrance. In conclusion, the duty manager should reconsider working with this company, as Tourmania provided inadequate support.
I really enjoyed this tour. They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off afterward. The day was well-organized, and the itinerary was adjusted to help us steer clear of the crowds. The lunch was excellent. I would definitely recommend this experience.
This trip was enjoyable overall. The guide accompanied us mainly during the bus ride and while taking us to the boat, lunch, and waterfall, but did not provide a walking tour of Antalya. This suited us since we liked exploring on our own. The lunch featured a delicious and filling chicken kebab, which was authentic. However, drinks were not included, and while the cost was low (we spent just over €3 on 2 Pepsi Max and 2 waters), I would have preferred to pay a bit more for the trip to have drinks included, as it created some confusion about when to pay for them.
The stay was truly excellent despite the high temperatures. The organization was top-notch, and the guides ensured we felt well cared for. However, the views were sometimes inconsistent from various locations.
The tour was absolutely delightful, filled with many fantastic moments. Our guide was enthusiastic and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful day; we had a great time.
