I strongly urge anyone thinking of booking with this travel company to stay away. My safari was not only unsafe but also very distressing. There were no proper safety protocols, and while the jeep had seat belts, they were unusable, leaving us unprotected. The driver drove recklessly, resulting in an accident that caused my friend to break her back. Things only got worse afterward. Instead of providing adequate care, the company transferred us from a private to a public hospital. The owner initially assured us that the company's insurance would cover all costs but later changed his tune. This has been one of my worst travel experiences. The company displayed a total disregard for responsibility, professionalism, and the safety of their customers. We have lodged a formal complaint with the police about their conduct. My recommendation: Avoid this company. Your safety and peace of mind just aren't worth the risk.

The downside was that, despite being an English group, the guide spoke only Arabic to an Arabic couple, leaving us feeling bored. However, the toilets were unacceptable, and many people voiced their concerns about them. We were aware of this from previous experiences. Each activity was a highlight: - Canyoning brought thrilling jumps and stunning waterfalls. - Rafting involved teamwork, excitement, and plenty of laughter. - Driving the buggy was intense, delivering an adrenaline boost. - The zip line capped off the day beautifully with breathtaking views. The jeep safari to the canyoning starting point was an adventure in itself, with thrilling terrain that made for a memorable experience. It required trusting the driver's skills on the rugged roads, which added to the fun. Lunch was well organized with an ample selection and generous portions, perfect for refueling after the day's activities. The overall coordination was impeccable, fostering a relaxed atmosphere. For future participants, I recommend bringing closed shoes (preferably sports shoes that can withstand getting wet), an extra set of clothes since you're sure to get soaked, and you can rent a wetsuit on-site. A waterproof case for your phone could also be handy. In summary, it was a fantastic day filled with variety and excitement. The meticulous planning and Hajjar’s professional and enthusiastic approach made it a memorable adventure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-organized day packed with adrenaline and natural beauty.

We were picked up from our hotel promptly by minibus, and the communication via WhatsApp was effective beforehand. The journey was smooth, with a short break at an unexpected stop featuring authentic fake goods, but there was no pressure to make purchases. Upon arrival, we encountered numerous optional extras for sale, which was my main point of concern. Given the excellent prior communication, it would have been helpful to clarify what additional items we might need. I recommend wearing clothing to protect your skin during the buggy and other activities. Note that there are no seat belts in the jeep; they wouldn’t serve a purpose. Overall, I found both the jeep and buggy experiences well-regulated and safe. For instance, I was unable to use my camera while riding the quad bike, and there was always a lead driver managing the speed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with no issues to report. The food was decent—nothing remarkable but certainly edible. Overall, it was a lovely day with great value for the price, but be prepared for persistent offers to purchase more items, which I suspect is common in similar settings.
