I had no idea what to expect, but the dog sledding experience was incredibly enjoyable. The dogs were clearly thrilled to run, barking excitedly when we got there, and each one had its own charming personality. During the ride, the musher kept the brake mostly engaged to prevent them from going too fast. Spending time with the puppies afterward was a delightful bonus.

The journey can be quite bumpy in certain areas, so those with back or neck problems should take note. However, spending time cuddling with the puppies is incredibly enjoyable.

The best parts were riding in the sled pulled by the dogs and meeting them afterwards, along with playing with the puppies. It was a fantastic experience and truly one of the highlights of our trip.

While it could be a decent way to spend some time in Seward, I wouldn't consider it essential.
