It was a beautiful experience; I had an excellent time. The pilot was incredibly friendly, ensuring our safety while flying. He explained everything, pointed out mountain borders and golf courses, and even shared information about the black bears residing in the mountains. It was so much fun.
Adam was an excellent pilot. I can't recall the name of the photographer, but we joined the noon tour on December 19, 2025, and he was fantastic as well. They reached out to see if we could reschedule due to high winds, but since it was our last day, we went ahead with the noon trip. It was shorter, and they kindly refunded the difference. Overall, we had an amazing experience flying in a helicopter for the first time. We are planning to return in October 2026 to take our original flight and hope to have Adam as our pilot and the same photographer.
The experience had a pleasant ride, but it’s difficult to rationalize the $200 cost for flying over a golf course and back. I suppose opting for the more expensive trip would have been a better choice.
