We booked and paid for a tour with a German guide, but received an English tour instead. Since we do not understand English, it turned into a visual experience with no comprehension. Unfortunately, there was no German-speaking guide at the meeting point, and my attempts to register this issue with TripAdvisor have been futile.
I had a wonderful time on this tour with our guide, Uke. She was knowledgeable and friendly, providing an excellent overview since we were only in town for the day. The company was also very accommodating when my husband fell ill and couldn’t join us. The small group size made it even better. Thank you, Uke, for the fantastic introduction to your city and country.
Avoid this experience. The locations were neglected and unclean. The train building had only empty rooms, and Plai Temple was surrounded by barbed wire, looking quite mediocre. The mosque was simple, with litter in the parking area. Although lunch was a highlight, there were no cold beers since it was a Muslim restaurant. The people were friendly, and the tour guide seemed nice, but I struggled to understand him.
The excursion was excellent, being both informative and entertaining. Our guide addressed all our questions thoroughly, and the lunch break was delightful, featuring a superb meal.
Our tour guide, Nita, was fantastic and very knowledgeable, but the rain during monsoon season definitely impacted the experience. Despite the weather, she did her best to make it enjoyable. I would suggest this small group tour.
The guide was incredibly enthusiastic and had extensive knowledge of both history and current living conditions. With a small group of 14, there was ample opportunity to ask questions. The lunch was tasty and enjoyed in an ideal setting.
The program is quite packed, which can lessen the excitement. Nita is an enthusiastic guide with extensive knowledge. The lunch was also good.
A convenient way to explore tourist sites. The small group and air-conditioned transportation made it comfortable, and water was provided. Our guide, Nita, was outstanding—very knowledgeable and amusing.
The tour had a small group of 15 participants, traveling in a spacious, comfortable bus. Nita proved to be an outstanding guide, friendly and knowledgeable. The lunch provided was also quite tasty.
We visited a mosque, a temple, enjoyed lunch, and explored the historic old town despite the heat and humidity. It's essential to be cautious, as everything was fascinating, but preparation is key.
