It includes a leisurely hike to and around the cliff dwellings. Our guide, Adrienne, shared her extensive knowledge, making the history of the area and its peoples both interesting and engaging, while also offering recommendations for other local sights and activities. An afternoon tour on a lovely day provides excellent opportunities for breathtaking photographs.

If you get motion sickness, consider taking Dramamine, as the 4-wheel drive can be quite bumpy on the rough dirt roads among the red rock landscape.

Each tour varies in difficulty from rugged to mild, with the terrain influencing the ride's smoothness. If you have back issues or other physical concerns, choose carefully to ensure an enjoyable experience. This time, we opted for the Ancient Ruins tour, which involves some hiking and visits to ancient sites from 900 to 1300, showcasing the stone structures built by local Native Americans. It was extremely informative and fascinating.
