Joe, our guide, was fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. However, the bus itself was quite disappointing. It was completely booked, and the seats provided very little legroom and no cupholders. The air conditioning struggled to keep a comfortable temperature. On the positive side, it performed well mechanically, handling the hilly parts of the tour effectively. Joe's skill and safety as a driver helped make the experience more comfortable despite these issues.
