I have wanted to visit Olympic National Park for some time, so when I found out I'd be in Seattle for a conference, I sought a way to get there. This tour fit my needs perfectly. I could explore this stunning area without needing to sort out the logistics or drive. At each stop, we experienced the distinct landscapes and culture of the Pacific Northwest. The drive was hardly noticeable thanks to the breathtaking views, including the Olympic Mountains and Mt. Rainier, as well as our search for wildlife. The van was comfortable, and we were provided with ample drinks and snacks, including chocolate, while enjoying music from local artists. There were plenty of restroom breaks, with tips to wait for better ones when possible, which I appreciated over the basic facilities found in many parks. Marc, our tour guide, was excellent. He was friendly, offered to take our pictures, and suggested the best spots for them. He highlighted fascinating plants and landmarks as we traveled, keeping track of time without making us feel rushed, and he catered to our group’s interests, ensuring fans of Twilight or Nirvana got to fully enjoy our stops. I especially valued the accommodation for my dietary needs at lunch and the availability of phone charging blocks. The ferry ride back to Seattle, watching the skyline grow larger as the sun set, was the perfect end to the day. I highly recommend this tour and company and will certainly keep them in mind for my next visit to the state.

Having experienced multiple van tours to National Parks, this one stands out as less impressive. The van's discomfort was notable compared to previous trips. While our driver was cautious, the lack of commentary during the drive meant I missed out on much of the park's information.
This day trip to Olympic National Park from Seattle is perfectly organized. You experience stunning rainforests and lakes, beautiful beaches, and ocean views, plus a scenic ferry ride with a fantastic sunset over the Seattle skyline. Our guide, Rachel, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I commend both the itinerary planner and Rachel for managing everything so smoothly, allowing me to simply enjoy the breathtaking landscapes. While it feels a bit ambitious to explore Olympic National Park in just one day, if you're short on time, this is definitely the tour to choose.
We booked our tour well in advance, but two days prior, they requested a date change, which we could not accommodate since we only had one full day in Seattle. They initially agreed, but then canceled our tour citing "mechanical issues." It felt frustrating, as if they had predicted those problems for our specific day. I asked for recommendations for another tour operator, they suggested one, and we ended up having an amazing experience with them.

This stunning area benefited from his knowledgeable responses to questions. He guided us towards great photo spots and helped take pictures when needed. The itinerary is well-balanced with ample opportunities for scenic views and restroom breaks. Lasting about 11 hours, it provides an excellent overview of western Washington, showcasing the beauty of the state in a brief period. The planned stops featured diverse rainforest views, lodges, beaches, and a memorable ferry ride. Lunch at an old-fashioned diner in Forks (think Twilight) was a nice touch. Concluding with a ferry ride from Bainbridge to see the city skyline added great value. Marc also ensured we returned close to our hotels, demonstrating his care for our comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would wholeheartedly recommend MAX Tours.
This was an excellent experience with Mark, who was thoughtful and supportive throughout. He shared extensive knowledge about the local plants and animals. He also provided water, fruits, snacks, and even umbrellas. The trip was well-organized with stops at all the key attractions, and we even discovered some hidden gems.
