Reviews
Booking the bus ride was straightforward, and locating it was simple once I learned the bus company's name. I would choose this option over the ship's buses any day.
The directions to find the bus were straightforward. The bus itself was neat and comfortable, and the driver, who also owns the service, provided an informative narrative city tour on the way to the airport. It was significantly less expensive than the cruise line's transfer and far less hectic compared to using an Uber or Lyft, especially given how crowded the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal is. One recommendation would be to improve the organization for people waiting, as there were several groups in different spots which made it a bit disordered when the bus arrived. Fortunately, the bus was large enough to accommodate everyone. We arrived at the pickup area at 8:45, but the bus didn't come until 9, so I suggest getting there earlier than you think is necessary. The journey to the airport took around 30 minutes, and the shuttles run continuously without a fixed schedule. I'm not sure if our 45-minute wait was typical or extended, but we made it to our flight, which was at 11:30, right on schedule.
The van was clean and the driver was pleasant, providing excellent service. He also took on the role of a tour guide, highlighting various landmarks along the route.
The shuttle service was extremely efficient. The staff ensured everyone boarded the correct bus and were very helpful throughout the process.
The service was excellent—quick, courteous, and very attentive in ensuring both you and your bags reach the correct location.
I arranged this transfer in advance. As soon as I disembarked from the ship, the bus was waiting just as they promised. I made it to the airport with plenty of time for my flight.
The transfer from Pier 91 to Sea-Tac airport was simple and effective. There was ample space on the bus for our large luggage, which they managed for us. This option was more affordable than the ship's shuttle bus. The only downside was the driver attempting to entertain us with his singing during the trip to the airport.
We were told buses would promptly arrive at the pier, but there was total disorganization. Young attendants only provided updates when asked. After being told we’d be on the next bus, another group was allowed on first, and we were left with just 5 seats on the bus we should have boarded. We waited for 90 minutes before finally getting on a bus. A proper queuing system is needed instead of just telling us to stand around the green tent.
The service was friendly and efficient. The bus arrived punctually for drop-off, and locating it for pickup at the port was straightforward.
Our trip from pier 91 to the airport was not great. We had to wait for the van to fill up and then were informed we needed to stop at pier 66 for 10 additional passengers. The traffic made the journey lengthy, and once we reached the airport, the driver mentioned his luggage assistant was missing, causing further delays in retrieving our bags, though one kind passenger stepped in to help.
