I arranged two transfers: one for my husband and me, and another for my son and his family. The communication from the service was excellent. However, my husband and I had to wait 45 minutes for our pick-up, sharing the shuttle with two other passengers, which was fine as they were close to our hotel. Although waiting was frustrating, everything turned out fine. My son's shuttle arrived on time and suited their family's needs perfectly. Our driver struggled with English, which made communication a bit challenging.
I requested a pick-up at 7 AM, but no car showed up. I was unable to contact anyone using the provided phone number, and there was no reply to my email. I ended up calling TripAdvisor for a refund, but the time I spent waiting was a waste. Please stop promoting this company as it is frustrating.

The experience began with a lovely Black Mercedes van, but after realizing there were only two of us, despite having paid for three, the driver summoned an older, worn shuttle bus to take us to the airport, which had a strong, unpleasant exhaust odor.
