The entire trip was well-organized, with clear and engaging explanations. Ryan ensured that everyone felt cared for, making the journey both relaxing and enjoyable. We are grateful for the excellent service and are eager to join your tours once more in the future.

My husband and I had a fantastic time on the tour. Our guide, Ryan, reached out the day prior to ensure we were ready for the chilly and rainy conditions. Fortunately, the weather exceeded our expectations, allowing us to hike and take in the beautiful views at Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent. Ryan coordinated everything well, and we never felt hurried during our adventure.
Avoid booking with this company. The tour guide lacked a speaker phone in the vehicle and hardly provided any dialogue throughout the trip. Instructions given were unclear or nonexistent. Time management was poor, starting the day 20 minutes late for the first pickup. Lunch was purchased two hours before mealtime and wasn't kept cool, despite a grocery store nearby that would have been a better option for food and ice. Instead of addressing customer concerns, the guide responded to questions that weren't asked and became quite defensive when issues were raised. She shouted at several customers, denying it afterward, although it felt that way to those affected. Additionally, she was observed complaining loudly in public about other customers while speaking with two individuals from her own culture. This behavior was very unprofessional. It would be wise to seek a different guide or contractor for this experience. On the positive side, the itinerary and the locations visited were excellent.
This was the worst guided tour I've ever experienced. I strongly advise against booking with Jupiter Legend Corporation. Our pickup was supposed to be at 6:45 AM, but we were not picked up until 8:30 AM. The guide did not speak English and spent most of the day on her phone, providing no information about the duration of our stays at different locations, what we could see, or how to navigate between spots. The van almost collided with other vehicles, and the included lunch meant we wasted an hour in a Safeway store. Overall, the company was disorganized and the guide was unpleasant. It doesn't even warrant a single star.
