During a recent bachelorette party, my friend, who is the bride, suffered a serious accident on a motorized vehicle tour. Although she wore a helmet, it wasn't securely fastened, even after staff claimed to check it. Importantly, she was not driving when the incident occurred, so being a passenger while taking pictures does not relate to a vehicle overturning. The accident resulted in the vehicle landing on her arm, causing significant injury, but thankfully, she avoided falling off a cliff. What was particularly alarming was the inadequate care following the incident. By that evening, she could hardly move her arm, which was severely swollen and bruised, yet the company never reached out to follow up on her condition in the days after. Adding to our frustration, we were later billed $700 for superficial scratches on the vehicle that didn't compromise its functionality. We received no invoice and have no clarity on what this charge was for. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and troubling. The lack of safety measures, the poor response to an injured guest, and subpar customer service afterward lead me to strongly advise against this company.
Celebrating my 50th birthday with the sunset tour was fantastic. The scenery was incredible, and driving the buggies was a blast. Michelle and the team were wonderful and very accommodating. We look forward to joining another tour in the future.

Our tour guide, Mike, was entertaining and ensured everyone was safe. With a group of 10, having transportation from our Airbnb to the trailhead was very convenient. The sunset tour was breathtaking, and they provided helmets, face gators, water, and snacks.
