Reviews
This tour featured five different locally owned businesses, from a coffee shop to upscale dining. I appreciated the surprise element and the well-planned itinerary. Even after living in the area for nine years, I learned fascinating historical details about Arizona. It's an experience that both visitors and locals will find refreshing. They also cater to various dietary needs and offer non-alcoholic drinks. The value for money was excellent, and there was a diverse range of flavors. Lindsey was an amazing guide, showcasing her extensive knowledge of Scottsdale and Arizona's history. Everything was thoughtfully organized and executed. It's definitely worth experiencing, whether you're a visitor or a longtime resident.
Our food tour in Scottsdale with Arizona Food Tours was truly delightful. Zach, our guide, was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. We savored tasty food, learned a great deal about the city's history, and appreciated the generous portions, which included two dishes paired with cocktails. I highly recommend this tour.
Just go ahead and book it! Zach was fantastic, showing us his passion for Scottsdale. You definitely won't leave hungry, and we really enjoyed the diverse selection of foods.
The food selections were thoughtfully curated. Our host was friendly and had great knowledge of the area, and the time and distance we covered felt perfectly balanced.
This food tour was fantastic. Zach, our guide, was outstanding, and the restaurants, gelato spots, and coffee shops we explored were incredible. The tastings were top-notch, with ample food and drinks provided. You definitely won't go hungry by the final stop. Zach also shared interesting history and facts about Scottsdale. I highly recommend this experience.
Our group of 10, though not all together, enjoyed the tour with a fun bunch of people. We met at the Scottsdale Museum of the West, which is a lovely spot full of history. Our stops included Craft 64, with three varieties of food that were good but nothing remarkable. One Handsome Bastxxx had great pretzel sandwiches, although I didn't care for the distilled lemon vodka or the blood orange gin, but the gin was the better option. Cein Agave Tacos & Tequila had delicious chicken tacos, and margaritas that were flavorful but not too strong, along with chips and salsas. At Red Canyon Cafe, we tried pistachio and lavender gelato, both creamy and flavorful, from a selection of around ten flavors. The Spice and Tea Exchange allowed us to sample spices both raw and on popcorn and crackers. Every stop was enjoyable, clean, and staffed by pleasant people. On the downside, our guide Danielle didn’t perform well; she used "um" excessively and didn't provide much history for a walking tour. Additionally, she failed to wait for everyone in the group before continuing with her commentary.
This tour was exceptionally organized. Zach had excellent knowledge of the restaurants and their food options, and the visits to five different places were perfectly timed.
The Old Town Scottsdale Food Tour was wonderful. Lindsey, our tour guide, was delightful—friendly, entertaining, and very knowledgeable about Scottsdale and Arizona's history. We enjoyed delicious food and refreshing cocktails at three different restaurants, with a tasty gelato finish to our day. I strongly recommend this tour.
You will explore highly-rated restaurants offering a variety of unique, tasty dishes. Make sure to come with an appetite, as the numerous selections and drinks will definitely satisfy you. The tour guide was accommodating to everyone's dietary and beverage preferences. Plus, you'll gain insights into the city's and state's history. This experience surpassed other food tours we've taken in different states and countries.
The Old Town Scottsdale food tour was an exceptional experience. Zach made everything enjoyable and effortless, and the flow of the tour was flawless. We savored incredible food at every stop, plus we stumbled upon some hidden gems that we wouldn't have located ourselves. It was an ideal way to enjoy the highlights of Old Town.
