This tour went beyond what we had hoped for. Cody was timely, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. We are eagerly anticipating our next visit to Arizona for another experience with him.
I regret to say that I wouldn't recommend this tour if Cody is your host. My experience starkly contrasts with the positive reviews I've seen about him. From the very start, he did not greet us upon arrival. After confirming our names, he directed us to the car without any friendliness. Throughout the day, he continuously reprimanded us about being on time. During a restroom break, when two ladies returned a few minutes late, he made a point to emphasize our need for punctuality at every stop. At lunch, he instructed us to grab our drinks immediately upon entering the store, prioritizing his convenience over our needs. It was frustrating to have our family vacation marred by his harsh behavior during the 13-hour trip. I recommend finding another provider, as Cody seems to lack an understanding of the hospitality aspect of his role, which should focus on making guests feel valued.
Cody ensured we stayed on schedule and was well-informed about the area and great photo opportunities. Fortunately, we had an excellent group to travel alongside.
Cody has an excellent knowledge of the Grand Canyon and its nearby legends. He skillfully keeps the group focused and on schedule. We had a wonderful time, though be ready for a long day ahead.
This tour was fantastic. Traveling with six other passengers in a small luxury van, we had Cody as our guide. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, navigating road construction to maximize our time at both the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The scenic route from the Grand Canyon to Sedona was breathtaking. The convenience of hotel pick-up and drop-off was a plus, and there were plenty of rest stops. We appreciated being able to relax and enjoy the sights without worrying about driving. A generous lunch was provided, along with options for wraps, sandwiches, or salads plus a drink. We even had the chance to take a nap on the way back to the hotel. If you’re looking to see one of the seven wonders of the world, this is the tour to choose.
