I booked a tour for my family of five on March 16, 2026, selecting a departure point near our accommodation. On the day of the tour, I was notified about an impending storm and that the tour status was uncertain. Just two hours before departure, they informed me via text that the meeting location had changed due to the weather. I confirmed their message but explained that we couldn't get to the new spot and requested a refund. They have not responded to my multiple texts, messages, and calls over the past month. Now, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
I did not enjoy this experience at all, but I know many others will. Prepare to get wet! I recognized too late that it wasn’t suited for me. However, Dan was fantastic and supportive, guiding us safely through it. If you enjoy new adventures and being in the water, this activity is for you. It was quite fascinating to be in the kayak and see what was beneath the surface. I give full credit to Dan's guidance and the unique opportunity, hence the 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening kayaking adventure with Cory and Rowan, both of whom are highly knowledgeable and entertaining. Although we were part of a group of about eight kayaks, we were allowed to paddle at our own pace without feeling hurried or cramped. Our tour even exceeded the planned duration because it was such a lovely night, and Cory was enthusiastic about helping us discover fascinating wildlife, which we successfully did. Additionally, we anticipated dealing with mosquitoes but were pleasantly surprised to find none at all. I highly recommend this experience.
