Additionally, Ben went out of his way to meet us at a park after our kayak tour to help us see several manatees, which turned out to be a highlight of our Florida trip. I didn't consider the traffic from the drawbridge, which made me 5 minutes late, but Tommy was very understanding and accommodating. I've kayaked before, so I quickly caught up. We saw dolphins, manatee, and many birds. Tommy provided plenty of interesting facts and even recommended local restaurants. His energy was fantastic, and he made the kayaking a lot of fun. This tour is a must!
