Two hours on the water — guided night kayaking in a clear-bottom kayak, spotting marine life in serene surroundings.
This two-hour guided kayaking tour takes you across the waters of Anna Maria Island using unique glass-bottom kayaks, allowing for an unobstructed view of marine life beneath you. As you paddle, look out for starfish, dolphins, and even manatees amid the gentle splashes in the dark.
It’s advisable to wear clothes that can get wet, as splashes from paddling or a companion can leave you damp. The clear kayaks offer a unique twist to a traditional night paddle, providing a distinctive experience on the water.

This experience was truly unforgettable and definitely one of the best parts of our vacation. We appreciate the knowledgeable guides who contributed to making it so enjoyable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our kayaking experience. The group leaders were both entertaining and well-informed. The water conditions were calm and shallow, and we encountered a lot of wildlife during our tour. I highly recommend it.
We had a fantastic experience filled with valuable insights. Kevin and Rowan were exceptional guides, making it an unforgettable adventure.
Edward and Matt were amazing! They engaged well with our two young kids, highlighting the nighttime wildlife. It felt very safe, and we had a great time overall. I highly recommend it!
Prepare yourself for an adventure filled with curiosity and exploration! We thoroughly enjoyed discovering the local wildlife in a safe and respectful way.
The water conditions were extremely rough, and despite the guide's efforts, I ended up in the emergency room due to the severity. The company does not adjust trips according to the weather.
Our recent LED night kayaking tour was concerning. Although our guide, Dan, was friendly and knowledgeable, the decision to proceed after a storm left us with unsafe conditions. Right from the start, visibility was poor due to choppy water, preventing us from seeing the ocean floor or marine life—the main purpose of the tour. We encountered no wildlife and instead spent time searching for nonexistent manatees in a canal. On the way back, things became dangerous as we paddled against strong winds and rough water in the dark. Despite being fairly experienced kayakers, we struggled and had to frequently dump water that entered our kayak. We were separated from our group as Dan stayed behind with others, leaving us to fend for ourselves. During this return, one kayak capsized, several participants had to exit at a dock, and the group became scattered and disorganized. Out of eight kayaks, only a few returned initially, leaving us wet and anxious about the rest of the group. This entire ordeal felt unsafe and could have been avoided with better judgment or by canceling the trip altogether. To add to our disappointment, there was no follow-up communication the next day—no check-ins, apologies, or arrangements for a refund or rescheduling. While Dan was competent and personable, the poor decision-making regarding conditions overshadowed the experience.
We had a wonderful experience. Our guide was laid-back and very knowledgeable. My 10-year-old son is eager to do it again next year. If you have a child who enjoys exploring beach creatures, they will really love this, and so will you.
Be ready for surprises. Dress in clothes that can handle some salt from the sea. Also, there's a good chance you might catch some crabs! Above all, just relax and enjoy yourself.
Corey was fantastic. He had a great sense of humor and introduced us to a variety of sea creatures.
