Discover everything you need to know to become a coffee expert in one day! Your visit begins at Monte Café plantation, where you'll learn about the coffee tree—its flowers, beans, and maturity. Next, visit the Coffee Museum and meet Efraim, a young Santomean company exporting 100% organic coffee. They'll guide you through the coffee bean transformation process. The journey ends in São Tomé at Diogo Vaz shop, where you can buy local souvenirs (chocolate, coffee, pepper, vanilla...) and enjoy a cup of coffee. Lunch options (not included): Efraim at Monte Café or Almada Negreiros. Note 1: Availability may be limited on Sundays. Note 2: The Efraim workshop depends on availability. If unavailable, we'll try to arrange a visit with the local cooperative.
