I don’t even know where to start. I made this reservation through TripAdvisor three weeks in advance for my mom's 60th birthday, as she wanted to go wine tasting. She flew six hours to San Francisco for the celebration, and I had my booking number, so I thought everything was set. The night before, I called to confirm my booking and was shocked to learn from the operator that it had been rejected by the company. They canceled my reservation without any notice, which is incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible. Now I'm left scrambling to find something for a group of six at the last minute. They claimed to be fully booked, but at the time of my booking, it allowed me to proceed. I don't understand what went wrong. If they were truly booked, they should have at least informed me. I cannot recommend them; they are unprofessional and don't seem to care about their clients.
The driver was friendly and excellent, making the journey enjoyable. My friends really enjoyed themselves, and the bus was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Having visited Napa numerous times and tried various driving services, we found Jeremy through a recommendation from our wine club. For our pre-planned 4-day trip with eight people, he was exceptional. The van was consistently punctual, spotless, and transported us to our appointments effortlessly. Jeremy's expertise in wine and Napa is impressive. I would highly recommend their services to anyone heading to Napa or Sonoma.

The day got off to a rocky start when one of the vineyards we had scheduled didn’t have our reservation, and the alternative wasn't what we had in mind. I had anticipated it would involve more than just a driver, as I was under the impression we would have a tour guide. Although this wasn't the case, Jeremy did secure a fantastic winery that compensated for the earlier disappointments. Ultimately, we ended up enjoying our day, but it's important to note that you essentially receive just a driver, who may not be familiar with your planned itinerary.
