The experience was truly enjoyable, set in a beautiful part of California. We were introduced to a diverse selection of wines that we might not have tried on our own. Our guide, Johan, was outstanding—punctual, knowledgeable, and a skilled driver. I can't imagine a better way to spend five hours at such a reasonable cost.
We had an excellent time on our family wine tour in Santa Ynez. Caco, our guide, was outstanding. The wineries were stunning and relaxing, and we enjoyed the company of the other participants on the tour.
The experience was quite enjoyable overall. Having taken several similar wine tours in Santa Ynez and Napa, I found the van comfortable and the lunch exceptional. We stopped at three wineries, and while the wine and views were lovely, the first winery was undergoing significant construction. The constant noise from a backhoe diminished the experience for us. Considering the options in the area, I would have preferred a different winery for that stop.
The tour included three great winery stops. The first winery was quite generous, which resulted in everyone needing to order food, but that turned out well. The sandwiches at the second stop were excellent.
This was an incredibly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Our guide Johnny picked us up right on time at the coffee shop and made everyone feel at ease. Although we started as strangers, we quickly became friends over wine. Everything ran smoothly; each stop was well-organized, lunch was provided, and the van was ready promptly after each visit. The entire day was effortless and relaxing. I would gladly book this again and choose Santa Barbara Wine Country Tours without hesitation.

Dean at Refugio was particularly noteworthy for his attentiveness and extensive knowledge; he made us feel very welcome and genuinely enjoyed sharing insights about the winery. I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning more about the Santa Barbara area and its wines.
We had a fantastic time visiting three excellent wineries. Caco was an outstanding guide, and the atmosphere with two other couples was enjoyable. The pace was perfect, and Caco ensured we stayed on schedule. The pickup and drop-off service at our chosen location was a great convenience, eliminating any need for driving. Highly recommended.
