William was excellent. We kicked off with a 16-mile bike ride through Solvang and Los Olivos, passing charming streets near numerous vineyards. Afterward, we enjoyed a picnic featuring a selection of wines and sampled some wonderful olive oils. Our visit to Rideau Vineyards for a tasting flight was also a highlight. Everything was fantastic, and William's insight into the valley, its culture, and the wines enhanced the experience. He has crafted a remarkable tour that truly showcases the valley.

The tour includes another tasting at a local winery, culminating in 8-9 tastings along with olive oil tasting and a visit to a lavender farm, where we enjoyed engaging conversations with the local producers. William was an exceptional host and guide, making sure that the experience was enjoyable, safe, and comfortable. Spending the day with him was truly a pleasure.
