This isn't just a tour; it's an interactive art experience coupled with chocolate bar making. It's both therapeutic and enjoyable.
The experience focused more on decorating the box rather than providing in-depth information about chocolate production. We felt rushed during the preparation segment, making it feel more like a crafting activity than a true chocolate making class.
We really enjoyed ourselves! It was a lot of fun to decorate our boxes, sample various chocolates, and create our own. Plus, everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
It was an incredible experience that brought us so much joy. It far surpassed our expectations, and we couldn't be happier that we participated. The atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable, and the hosts were fantastic.
I strongly recommend this experience. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and we thoroughly enjoyed making our own chocolate bars and designing unique wrappers. It's a personal and cozy activity with a wonderful local business. Be sure to grab some chocolate-covered mangos while you're visiting.
This experience is not a chocolate making class at all. There is no guidance on the chocolate making process. Instead, it feels more like an elementary art class where you decorate inexpensive wooden boxes with craft markers. The only part that relates to chocolate is sprinkling toppings on melted chocolate that is already prepared and poured into molds by the shop. I advise against spending your money on this class.
This family-friendly activity was a highlight of our California road trip. The owners were delightful and great to converse with. We enjoyed painting our boxes with various art supplies and loved making and tasting the chocolate bars. It created a cherished memory for us during our Spring Break trip. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area; we left feeling joyful and fulfilled.
This location offers a fantastic experience. The staff and visitors are friendly, supportive, and enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend it for any group looking for a good time.
The process was enjoyable and imaginative. My husband and I chose Menchaca Chocolates to celebrate our first wedding anniversary before heading to Yosemite. The staff were all friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend it.
To quote my girlfriend, it's “better than See’s Candies.” This was a really enjoyable experience with tasty chocolate! The owners and guides were helpful, kind, and friendly.
