The service provided was unacceptable. After booking for a Coastal Cruise on Yacht in Santa Barbara and paying, we were informed there were no spots available upon arrival. This was incredibly frustrating, especially with two kids involved, as we had planned a birthday party. I advise against using this service.
During our reunion in Ventura, we chose to drive to Santa Barbara and walk out onto the pier. We opted for the coastal cruise on the Azure Sea, which is a must-do for anyone in Santa Barbara. The experience included dolphins, sea lions, and a nice bottle of red, all thanks to a fantastic crew. A+++ for making our trip memorable.
The harbor cruise was fantastic, with seals sighted, although we didn't see any whales. Unfortunately, booking limited us to the lower decks, but overall it was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this cruise.
I enjoyed a pleasant 60-minute escape, and my husband was thrilled. The special acknowledgment for his birthday truly made his day. The kindness of everyone was commendable, definitely a 10 in my view. The only suggestion I have is to add waste baskets for used wine glasses. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Thank you!

I traveled from New Orleans to join my college roommate from UCSB for a reunion in Santa Barbara. We chose to go on the cruise and had a fantastic experience. The crew member was exceptionally friendly and offered excellent service, while Captain Larry was also very engaging. I would definitely suggest this to anyone. It truly was smooth sailing.
A boat trip is essential on any coastal getaway, and this cruise offered a fantastic experience for the cost. We sailed on a foggy afternoon, creating a unique atmosphere as we couldn't quite see the Channel Islands from Santa Barbara. I captured some really interesting hazy videos of the ocean, accompanied by a California-themed playlist that leaned heavily on Red Hot Chili Peppers tracks, played at a comfortable volume. We also enjoyed watching several seals and sea lions at a green buoy. My only issue was that the soft drinks were somewhat flat, but overall, the friendly staff and the sturdy, clean yacht made it a memorable outing.
We had a wonderful time on this cruise! It was the perfect way for my daughter and me to spend our first afternoon in Santa Barbara, taking in the stunning scenery while out on the water.

I arranged this during my weekend in Santa Barbara. The boat truly departs from Stearns Wharf at the pier's end, so just stroll to the end (you'll see the crowded parking lot) and check in before boarding. The staff was welcoming, and the music on the boat enhanced the experience significantly.
