  Nobody came for the pickup, entire day lost

  It was a disappointing experience. The booking was confirmed, and payment was taken, but the operator failed to respond to my questions. Even after reaching out to support about 10 hours before the scheduled trip, I was assured that my pickup would happen on time. In the end, nobody showed up, and I wasted a whole day in my hotel room. While I did receive a refund, I advise against booking with this tour operator.

  Memories..

  I had a wonderful experience, and the staff provided excellent service. I felt very satisfied and truly enjoyed my time there. Additionally, the atmosphere was clean and comforting.

  Orangatans and more!

  Herman, our guide, and Ben, our driver, were exceptional throughout the entire trip. Herman's extensive knowledge of the area was impressive, and we were delighted to observe orangutans, proboscis monkeys, and sun bears, along with a large millipede and a black mamba. It was a wonderful experience.

  A glimpse into wildlife

  We participated in a 10-day tour with Tripadeal from Australia. Brendan, our tour guide, was exceptional—knowledgeable, humorous, and full of enthusiasm for his country. We really felt his absence during the two additional days in Kuala Lumpur. Observing various monkeys and orangutans developing skills to survive in the wild was fascinating. A personal highlight was visiting the Sun Bears and learning about the important conservation efforts taking place there.

  Starting the trip was a lot of fun, thanks to an excellent travel guide named Hassan. If you have the chance to have him as your guide, you're in for a wonderful experience with an exceptionally helpful person.

  Ideal one-day trio to see the wildlife

  This was a fantastic one-day tour that allowed us to see orangutans, proboscis monkeys, and sun bears. Our guide was both knowledgeable and amusing. I would definitely recommend it.

  Read the small print

  I believe the trip was not accurately represented during the booking process. When it said "door to door transfers," I expected that to mean exactly that, but it turned out I'd need to buy return air tickets at an additional cost of around 60%. There were no recommendations on flight schedules, leading to an unnecessarily early departure. Additionally, the communication between the operator and the local guide was lacking; he was unaware of one of our visits. On the positive side, the chance to see some amazing wildlife was certainly worthwhile.

  Need a good guide driver to visit Labuk Bay

  Labuk Bay is a wonderful destination where you can observe numerous Proboscis Monkeys in a semi-wild environment. However, there is currently no public transportation available. I used Grab to reach the area, but had no means of returning to the city. Fortunately, my friends had a fantastic guide driver, Mr. Azrien, who assisted me in getting to Sepilok with them. I highly recommend hiring him; he is dependable and very accommodating. Without him, I would have had to walk around 12 km back to the main road.

  We organized our Labuk Bay trip with Mr. Syafiq, who served as both our guide and driver. We highly recommend him and rate our experience five stars due to the comfortable vehicle and his careful driving. He shared extensive knowledge with us and our two children, aged 8 and 10. Mr. Syafiq is a pleasant individual and a fantastic ambassador for Borneo, making our journey truly memorable with sightings of proboscis monkeys, hornbills, buffalo, and water lizards.   Amazing value - Sabah is truly incredible.

  This trip was extraordinary! I enjoyed every moment with our guide, Roland, who was both knowledgeable and humorous. The range of wildlife we encountered was phenomenal, including proboscis monkeys, orangutans, long-tailed and silver-lipped macaques (the latter being quite rare), pygmy elephants at Bilit, Rhinoceros Hornbills, and a Paradise Tree Snake, among others. The locals in Sabah are incredibly welcoming. I'd repeat this experience without hesitation; it's one of the finest guided trips I've ever been on.
