Reviews
I strongly discourage anyone from taking this tour or staying at the lodge. They show a lack of respect for local wildlife and ignore the welfare of wild animals. There are many better eco-friendly options available. Avoid booking here.
An incredible experience. I highly recommend this tour, especially thanks to Loy, whose passion and extensive knowledge of Borneo truly enhanced our trip. Thank you for a wonderful time.
I had an incredible experience. The personalized guide for both river and land activities was highly knowledgeable about birds and wildlife. The accommodations were basic but comfortable, and the food was outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive.
This lodge is fantastic, nestled in the heart of the jungle with charming surroundings. We arrived by river taxi, and the locals were incredibly kind and accommodating. The meals, while basic, featured delicious local cuisine. Our room was simple yet clean and comfortable, although the bathroom could use some updates; however, the hot shower worked well. Our teenagers, including a picky eater, struggled a bit with the food options, but that's not the lodge's fault—bringing some dried pasta could help! A word of advice: bring plenty of bug spray, as we experienced some fierce bites. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.
The rooms were decent and had air conditioning, although the bathrooms showed some wear. The river expeditions were fantastic, with excellent guides. The menu was limited but very delicious. WiFi availability was limited, but it was nice to have. The staff was friendly and helpful; great job!
