• Infants and small children are allowed to use a pram or stroller. • Nearby public transport options are available. • Infants must sit on an adult's lap. • This activity is accessible to individuals of all fitness levels. • For safety, individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and pregnant participants may join if they are under 24 weeks by the trip's conclusion. • Recommended items to bring include comfortable shoes and clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration. • Verify that all booking information (name, contact, flight details) is accurate, as mistakes could lead to personal expenses. A valid contact number is essential for safety and communication. • When making a booking, please choose a hotel for pick-up. If you are unsure, you can change your pick-up location later, but you must do so yourself or inform us at least 3 days prior to the tour date. Note: Not providing or updating your pick-up location in advance may lead to missing the tour, and there will be no refunds for any payments made. • Hotel accommodations can host 2-4 guests with different bed types (e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit requirements, typically processed via credit card. • Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted, and purchases must be made through us or the guide. Group bookings are encouraged. • The itinerary is subject to change to ensure smooth operations. • The tour guide may modify schedules due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. • Parking is not offered at the meeting point, and transportation to and from the departure site is not included. • If a scenic location is unavailable, an alternative will be arranged. • In compliance with state law, children under 6 must use a booster seat to join the tour. Violations and fines are the guests' responsibility. No booster seat is necessary for bus travel on the day of the activity. • Guests with disabilities should notify in advance, as wheelchair-accessible buses cannot be guaranteed without prior agreement. • Terms and conditions are subject to change; please refer to the product website for the latest updates. The company is not liable for damages except as required by law. • If leaving the group early, notify the tour guide and complete a departure form. No refunds will be given for any unused parts of the activity. • Gifts distributed during the activity may vary due to unexpected factors like weather. Changes will not warrant any refunds. • All hotel rooms come with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, based on availability at check-in, and can accommodate a maximum of four travelers. • For groups larger than four or those wishing for separate rooms, please make separate bookings. • For groups greater than four or those needing separate accommodations, create individual bookings. To stay on the same bus, supply all confirmation numbers after booking. • For helicopter or plane tours, the weight limit per guest is 300 lbs (136 kg). Guests exceeding this limit might incur extra fees or be denied boarding. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the guest. If denied for safety reasons, prepaid fees will be refunded. • Note: International visitors may be charged national park fees, collectable at the destination rather than at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at least 6 full days prior to the scheduled departure will result in a full refund. If cancellation occurs between 2 and 6 days before the scheduled departure, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled departure will not receive any refund.
