• Infants must sit on an adult's lap. • Nearby public transport options are available. • Infants and small children may use a pram or stroller. • All fitness levels are welcome. • Customers under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women can participate if they are under 24 weeks by the end of the trip. • Recommended items to bring include comfortable footwear and clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and hydrating drinks. • Confirm that all booking information (name, contact, flight details) is accurate, as mistakes may incur personal costs. A reachable phone number is necessary for safety and communication. • Select your pick-up hotel when booking. If you are unsure, you can modify the pick-up location later, but you must do so at least 3 days prior to the trip. Failure to provide or change your pick-up location in time may lead to missing the tour, for which the company is not liable, and no refunds will be issued. • Hotel rooms can accommodate 2-4 guests, with various bed configurations (e.g., King/Queen or two twin beds) and deposit policies typically processed via credit card. • City passes or pre-bought tickets are not accepted; tickets must be purchased through the guide or at the time of booking. Group bookings are recommended. • Enhanced scheduling is available during the FIFA World Cup 2026 (June–July), with departures planned around match days in Los Angeles. • Schedules may be adjusted by the tour guide due to weather, traffic, or other conditions. • Parking is not available at the meeting point, and transportation to and from the departure location is not included. • If an attraction is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may impact the hours and capacity of attractions. • Children under 6 are required to use a booster seat according to state law; guests are responsible for any violations and fines. A booster seat is not necessary for bus travel on the day of the trip. • Guests with disabilities should notify in advance, as wheelchair-accessible buses cannot be guaranteed without prior approval. • Terms may change; check the product website for any updates. The company is not liable for damages unless legally required. • If leaving the group early, notify the tour guide and complete a departure form; no refunds will be given for unused portions. • Gifts distributed during the tour may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather. Fees will not be refunded for such changes. • Hotel rooms come with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed based on availability, with a maximum of four occupants per room. • For groups larger than four or those needing separate rooms, please make separate bookings. • To ensure seating together on the bus for groups larger than four, provide all confirmation numbers once bookings are completed. • Note: International visitors may be subject to National Park fees, which will be collected at the destination rather than at booking. • The tour operator retains the right to modify the itinerary to ensure smooth operations.

If cancellation occurs at least 6 complete days prior to the planned departure, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made between 2 and 6 days before the scheduled departure time, a 50% refund is available. If cancellation takes place within 2 days of the scheduled departure, no refund will be provided.
