The entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, instructions were clear, and the service was outstanding. There were also various snacks and drinks provided, with the Turkish coffee and hazelnut treats being particularly tasty. Our lamps turned out beautifully and it took about 2 hours to finish them. The owner was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We will certainly return for candle making and flower pressing.
The vendor failed to show up and did not open the door. I emailed them to say we were waiting but received no reply. After waiting 15 minutes past our scheduled time, I reached out to customer support, who contacted the vendor. They claimed we were at the wrong entrance and said they would call us for help. However, when they called, it was to blame customer support for not informing them about our reservation and to offer a refund or reschedule. We chose to receive a full refund.
