Pregnant women may participate if they are less than 24 weeks along by the conclusion of the trip. • What to Bring: Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, and bring a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration. • Booking Details: Confirm that all booking information (name, contact details, flight information) is accurate. Mistakes will incur personal costs. A contact number is necessary for safety and communication purposes. • Pick-Up Location Policy: Select your pick-up hotel when booking. If you are uncertain, you can modify your pick-up location later. However, this must be done by communicating with us or updating your information at least 3 days before the tour date. Note: Not providing or updating your pick-up location in time may lead to missing the tour, for which the company won't be liable for any fees paid. • Hotel Rooms: Rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, featuring various bed types (e.g., King/Queen or two twin beds) and different deposit policies. Deposits are generally charged to a credit card. • Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes cannot be accepted. Purchases must be made directly through us or the guide. Group bookings are advisable. • Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be modified by the tour operator to ensure smooth operation. • Tour Adjustments: The tour guide has the authority to change schedules due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen conditions. • Parking: There are no parking facilities at the meeting point, and transport to and from the departure location is not included. • Closed Attractions: If a scenic location is not accessible, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may impact the hours and capacity of attractions. • Booster Seats: In accordance with state law, children under 6 must use a booster seat to join the tour group. Guests are responsible for any violations or fines. No booster seat is necessary for bus travel on the tour day. • Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities should provide advance notification. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval. • Terms and Conditions: Terms may change—please verify the product website for updates. The company is not liable for damages unless required by law. • Leaving the Group: If you need to leave the group early, notify the tour guide and complete a departure form. No refunds will be issued for portions not utilized. • Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may vary due to circumstances such as weather. Fees will not be refunded due to changes. • Room Details: All hotel accommodations include either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on hotel availability during check-in. The maximum occupancy is four travelers per room. • Room Selection: For groups larger than four or for those needing separate rooms, please make separate bookings. • Booking Guidelines: For parties larger than four or those needing separate rooms, please create individual bookings. To ensure group seating on the same bus, supply all confirmation numbers after completing your bookings. • Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international guests. If necessary, this fee is collected at the destination, not at the time of booking.

Cancellation requests made at least 6 full days prior to the planned departure will result in a full refund. If cancellation occurs between 2 and 6 days before the scheduled departure, a 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations made within 2 days of the departure will not be eligible for a refund.
